Nice to meet you
ABOUT ME
Hi, I'm Caroline, and my menopause journey began at 38—though looking back, my body was changing even earlier.
In my blog "Menopause Shattered My Self-Confidence," I share my experience, and like so many women I meet I felt blindsided by this change.
Although no two journeys are the same, and some women breeze through this phase, but for most of us, it's a shock.
Like many young women I thought menopause was just for "older ladies"—you felt a bit of hot, and a bit sad, and your periods stopped.
That was it, right?
Wrong.
The women I work with describe feeling completely out of control—like they're watching themselves from the outside, unable to rein in their emotions, thoughts, or actions. They feel anxious for no reason, cry at nothing and feel they are losing their minds. I certainly did!
And when we lose control, fear sets in! 🥺
As a teacher, I knew I needed to research to understand my own body because there didn't seem to be any help, but even with knowledge, my own transition felt isolating and overwhelming. I couldn’t accept that other women had to go through the same struggle alone.
So I made it my mission to help.
What I discovered was mind-blowing; there are over 34 common symptoms of perimenopause and menopause, and many more uncommon ones. I learnt that medical interventions can help, but as no two transitions are the same, this may not be enough to make the change 'easy' to go through. There are many complimentary things we can do to ensure we get through this phase feeling empowered, creating calm out of chaos and improving our long-term health outcomes.
So now, as a menopause coach, I specialise in helping ordinary women navigate their menopause with clarity and confidence, helping them find their extraordinary selves.
Teaching women to better understand their bodies and their hormonal changes. By offering practical tools, mindset coaching, and a safe space to be seen, heard, and supported. This is especially helpful in early menopause, perimenopause or when HRT or natural remedies aren’t enough; a holistic approach makes all the difference.
This isn’t the end of anything—it’s the beginning of something powerful.
Your Mind. Your Body. Your Journey.
Taking back control—To Help you Thrive not just Survive!
